The Ember package provides in-depth planning and coordination from the beginning of the wedding planning process! 

We run through an in-depth meeting to get to know you better and better understand your wedding vision. We cover selecting vendors, finding your budget, and working with you to develop a personalized timeline and layout that fits your needs and vision. This package also includes day of wedding assistance that includes, vendor management, running the timeline, processional and setting up the layout decor.

Planning & Coordination

Organization:

  • Three planning meetings with a one-on-one venue walk-through

  • Budget building

  • Vendor referrals based on budget, personality, and preferences

  • Floor plan based on guest count and vendors + optional table assignments

  • Vendor check-in two weeks prior

  • Creation and distribution of detailed Wedding Day Itinerary

Design:

  • Moodboard and detailed design outline

  • Create the floor plan + layout

  • Main hall table decor set-up

Day-Of Assistance:

  • Rehearsal coordination

  • Day-of vendor management

  • 15 hours wedding day (managing coordination staff)

  • Timeline execution

  • Guiding bridal party and family members to important locations

  • Ceremony & reception hall setup of stationery, guest book, and simple décor as pre-planned

  • Distribution of wedding day bouquets + boutonnieres

  • Instruction and cue at ceremony march + reception special events

  • Photographer + videographer assistance

  • DJ/Band assistance for important reception moments + sequence of events

  • Gathering up décor at the end of the night and taking to a pre-assigned place

 

Investment

$7,000 for 2026 dates

$7,500 for 2027 dates
