The Venue
Indoor + Outdoor Space for 300 Guests
Right outside our 30 foot glass doors in the main hall, sits our beautiful maple tree. The ceremony space was designed intentionally for the tree to shade your guests. Imagine all the stories it could tell if it could talk. We also have a 100 foot extended wrap-around covered porch as an additional ceremony location option. The porch is wonderful for cocktail hour and outdoor dancing!
Handcrafted Farmhouse Tables and Chairs
We provide handcrafted farmhouse tables (made by our owner, Jason!) and modern black chairs. Our team will always set up the tables and chairs provided with the rental. We will also help you decide on the best layout for you based on your guest count. These tables are 10 foot long, in addition to a 5 foot long option if you would like to include a sweetheart table in your floor plan.
Something Borrowed Decor Closet
Unlike many venues, Little Lights offers a unique option for couples getting married at our venue - full access to our large decor closet completely free of charge to utilize. This closet includes items such as; arbors, easels, cheesecloths runner for our custom sized tables, candlesticks, vases, votives, card boxes, neon signs and more. Additionally, we have Lane Collective luxury rentals that are larger which included for coordination couples (like lounges and a dancefloor) or are an add-on for the rest of our booked couples.
Luxury Suites
The Rapture and Ranger Suites are included in your investment. Enjoy breakfast, mimosas, coffee or a roll-in cooler option while you soak in the morning with your favorite people.

Coordination
Spark Coordination Package (day of coordination): $3,500 - book with the venue and receive $500 off. Receive Spark for $2,000 on select Sundays (please inquire).
Ember Coordination Package (full planning + design): $7,000 - book with the venue and receive $1,000 off.

West Branch local special: $100 off!
Receive a $500 credit towards the venue investment when you pay in full for the venue fee via check!
Book your date at your tour and receive $1,000 off the venue fee! Can be combined with $500 pay in full via check credit or coordination discounts.

*PLEASE NOTE - we require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy with Little Lights on the Lane listed as the additional insured to be returned with your contract through the company we partner with, Nuptial. It approximately cost $245.

WHY BOOK A TWO-DAY WINTER RENTAL? DECORATE, REHEARSE, & HAVE YOUR REHEARSAL DINNER ONSITE!
IF YOU ADD THURSDAY TO A FRIDAY RENTAL YOU’RE GETTING TWO DAYS FOR ALMOST THE SAME INVESTMENT AS A SATURDAY. THIS IS A GREAT OPTION FOR MANY OF OUR COUPLES!
