Erin

Founder & Owner

Our Founder and big dreamer, Erin is down-to-earth, ambitious, and family-oriented. She is a lover of connection, hyggé, and the big outdoors. Erin started dreaming up Little Lights when she was just a kid and poured years of hard work into making it come to life. She built her career as a wedding photographer and has helped organize over 400+ weddings. She is very hands-on and passionate about community, couples, and helping people grow.

Erin’s favorite part of weddings: “I really love to see that look the bride has right before she walks down the aisle. I am also very passionate about helping Couples be intentional and enjoy the process. It’s the best when they come back a few years later to say hey and hang out at one of their favorite places.”

Her Favorite Drink: Christina Rosé Wine

McKenna

Client & Operations Manager

McKenna is confident, compassionate, and organized. She is very family-oriented, loves coffee and enjoys long-distance running. She obtained a Communications Studies Degree and certificate in Event Planning from the University of Iowa. While interning as a wedding coordinator, McKenna found her love for weddings, leading her to finding and joining our team. After working three years for Little Lights she realized her true passion was numbers and was intrigued by the business side of the wedding industry. When she’s not working, you might find her with friends, family, or walking her dog, Boone!

Favorite Drink: Bloody Mary in the morning, Espresso Martini at night!

Addison

Development & Operations Manager

With over eight years of experience in the events industry, Addison has developed a deep passion for creating seamless experiences through thoughtful systems and efficient operations. She focuses on optimizing processes that empower staff to work effectively and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Having planned and executed a wide range of events, Addison brings a unique balance of creativity, organization, and attention to detail to every project.

She is an incredible problem-solver and a true asset to the entire Little Lights team!

Molly

Coordination & Social Media Director

Molly is bubbly, compassionate, and organized. She has a Marketing degree from the University of Iowa and has been part of the team since 2020. As our Coordination Director, she helps assist our lead coordinators and meets with Ember Planning + Coordination couples to help plan, organize, and support them through the entire wedding process. She loves design, creating and finding the lastest trends, which ties into her social media role perfectly.

When she’s not working you can find her spending time on the Tennessee River, logging on Pinterest, or finding the newest restaurant in town!

Favorite Drink: Spicy Paloma

 

Haley

Client Manager

Haley is an Iowa State University marketing grad who is outgoing, empathetic, and loves small attention to detail. She was a 2021 bride who fell in love with the team, venue, and our mission and joined the Little Lights family in January 2023. As a client manager, she works with nearly all couples planning their wedding day from the start of the booking process to finalizing details. In her free time, she loves reading, spending time with her dogs and husband, or trying out a new coffee shop!

Her favorite part of weddings is when you see it all the planning come together & witness such a beautiful moment when they walk down the aisle.

Favorite Drink: A Cherry Met Ginger ELDR mocktail!

Amanda

Venue Manager & Lead Coordinator

Amanda is an Iowa State graduate and local West Branchian. In her role as Lead Coordinator and Venue Manager, Amanda works to ensure our events run smoothly from start to finish, working directly with our couples, clients and all staff. Amanda is energetic, caring, kind, and has an incredible work ethic and ability to multi-task.

When Amanda isn't at Little Lights, she can be found teaching yoga, running, coaching volleyball or enjoying time with Friends and Family. 

Favorite Drink: Any margarita made by Ben! 

Caitlin

Lead Coordinator

Caitlin is a Lead Coordinator who provides a calm and gentle spirit to each wedding day, while making sure each detail is handled flawlessly behind the scenes. She leads with kindness and understanding to each couple and guest who comes through our doors.

Her favorite part of a wedding day is seeing couples slow down and truly being present in each moment.

While Caitlin is not working, she is spending time outdoors with her family unwinding, exploring in nature, enjoying an outdoor concert or reading a new book.

Alli

Lead Coordinator

Alli is an Iowa State University accounting grad who leads with passion, intention, and empathy. She loves traveling, spending time with friends and family, and going to concerts. 

Her favorite part of a wedding is the moment just after the ceremony, when the couple steps through the glass doors for the first time as newlyweds and you can feel the day's nerves disappear. It's also a moment that captures exactly why she cares so deeply about every couple's story - knowing everything it took to get to that moment. 

When she's not working you can find her planning her next trip, trying a new coffee shop, or cuddling with her dog, Brick!

Favorite drink: any red wine!

Abbi

Bar & Venue Management

Abbi recently graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Human Physiology. At Little Lights, you’ll find her prepping the venue throughout the week, behind the bar, or managing our hardworking reception staff. She is a wonderful problem solver and loves that each wedding is so dynamic and unique from the next! 

When Abbi is not at work, you’ll find her at the gym with personal training clients, hammocking in the sun, or baking something fresh in the kitchen.

Cathy & De

Venue Management & Support

The two that help with all the behind-the-scenes things! Cleaning, prepping, working weddings, Cath and De are two of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, and their work ethic is unmatched. We are so thankful for them!
