Erin & Jason
Founders & Owners
Our Founder and big dreamer, Erin is down-to-earth, ambitious and family-oriented. She is a lover of connection, hyggé and the big outdoors. Erin started dreaming up Little Lights when she was just a kid and poured years of hard work into making it come to life. She built her career as a wedding photographer and has helped organize over 400+ weddings to date. She is very hands on-passionate about community, couples and helping people grow. If she’s not working alongside the team or with her husband, Jason, she’s probably on a Jeep ride, on a hike with her family, or planning their next big adventure in their favorite country to visit, Denmark.
Erin’s favorite part of weddings: “I really love to see that look the bride has right before she walks down the aisle. I am also very passionate about helping Couples be intentional and enjoy the process. It’s the best when they come back a few years later to say hey and hang out at one of their favorite places.”
Our pop-up bartender, grounds and facility manager, Jason is husband to Erin and Little Light’s co-owner. He is the jack of all trades and if we ask to build it, he makes it happen. “Farmer Jace” as he is referred to around here as he also tends to his family’s farm. When he’s not making magic happen at the venue, you might find him with his feet kicked up and a Coors Lite in hand.
Jason’s favorite part of weddings: “I love talking with guests! You get to meet great people from all walks of life.”
Jason & Erin along with the Little Lights team started a Sister company in 2023, Kindling & Crew, a consulting company to help other venues get started.
“That’s been a really wonderful experience for us. We have really enjoyed helping other venue owners think outside the box and learn from the mistakes we made. Even with the wedding experience I had going in to building Little Lights, I still made mistakes. We love teaching other owners where to save money, think big and build the venue that is true to them.” -Erin
Jason has built tables, bars, built in’s and more for other venues.

Venue Managers
Amanda
Event Director, ELDR Bar Manager & Lead Coordinator
Amanda is super fun to work with and very laid-back. She has experience in community outreach, building connections, and has been part of the team since day one! She has directed nearly every wedding at our past location, Main Street. Our couples adore her and she loves being part of their wedding day. Amanda runs the in-house bar at Little Lights, plans and runs events, helps at the Lively restaurant and is always on board with whatever idea Erin dreams up next. You can often find them together, working on big picture projects.
As a mom of two boys, shes very active and involved with her family. She loves iced coffee, essential oils and all things Hawkeyes.

Kaley
Designer & Venue Manager
Kaley is sweet, friendly, and creative. She has a degree in Tourism Management from the University of Illinois, with a background in wedding coordination. She has a passion for design and branding and loves seeing Little Lights grow. Kaley works on all creative projects, including decor, marketing, and event management. Kaley has been an intrigant part of the Kindling + Crew Company, doing interior design for venues in Missouri, Texas & Oklahoma. She has a keen eye for clean, crisp + trendy design.
When she’s not working, you might find her checking out the local breweries, hanging out with her golden retriever (Camper), traveling, music and new experiences are a few of her favorite things.
Favorite drink: Vodka with half lemonade + half soda!
McKenna
Client + Operations manager
McKenna is confident, compassionate, and organized. She is very family-oriented, loves coffee and enjoys long-distance running. She obtained a Communications Studies Degree and certificate in Event Planning from the University of Iowa. While interning as a wedding coordinator, McKenna found her love for weddings, leading her to finding and joining our team. After working three years for Little Lights she realized her true passion was numbers and was intrigued by the business side of the wedding industry. When she’s not working, you might find her with friends, family, or walking her dog, Boone!
Favorite Drink: Bloody Mary in the morning, Espresso Martini at night!
Paige
Venue Manager & Event Coordinator
Paige is patient, even-keeled and always up for a well-executed practical joke. Her patience pays off waiting for the perfect time to jump out from behind a dark corner to surprise an unsuspecting co-worker or sibling! She received her degree in Event Management from Iowa State University and loves working with corporate clients & couples. You can find Paige helping at weddings, with bar planning and at events.
When Paige isn't working, she's likely playing with her rambunctious schnauzer, Gigi, or her equally rambunctious niece and nephews. She easily matches their energy level and desire to have fun. Paige brings that same energy and motivation to her job and clients at Little Lights.

Molly
Coordination & Social Media Director & Designer
Molly is bubbly, compassionate, and organized. She has a Marketing degree from the University of Iowa and has been part of the team since 2020. As our Coordination Director, she helps assist our lead coordinators (who she hired and trained) and meets with Ember Planning + Coordination couples to help plan, organize, and support them through the entire planning process.
Molly is also a Designer & Teacher in our sister company, Kindling & Crew. She loves getting to use both her creative and business-oriented sides in helping other venues do the same.
When she’s not working you can find her spending time on the Tennessee River, logging on Pinterest, or finding the newest restaurant in town!

Haley
Client Manager & Lead Coordinator
Haley is an Iowa State University marketing grad who is outgoing, empathetic, and loves small attention to detail. She was a 2021 bride who fell in love with the team, venue, and our mission and joined the Little Lights family in January 2023. As a client manager and coordinator, she works with nearly all couples planning their wedding day from the start of the booking process to finalizing their decor the day of. In her free time, she loves reading, spending time with her dogs and husband, or trying out a new coffee shop!
Her favorite part of weddings is getting to know our couples! “You really get to know each couple throughout their engagement. You see it all come together and witness such a beautiful moment when they walk down the aisle. I also love when the bride first puts her dress on and you can feel how excited she is.”
Favorite Drink: A Cherry Met Ginger ELDR mocktail!
Greyson
Lead Coordinator
Greyson is sweet, smart and caring. She has the ability to stay calm and focused-even when the Bridal party is being WILD and having the best time. Greyson got married at Little Lights on the Lane and we loved her and her temperament and outlook on life so much we had to hire her!
Greyson helps plan & run wedding days. You can often find her on a call with a Couple or planning the next tablescape design. She will meet you with a smile and a welcoming presence that is hard to match!
When she is not working you can find Greyson hanging with her Husband, Michael, spending time with her family, teaching dance cardio, watching her little Brother play football or working with her Dad.
Favorite Drink: Her homemade green juice!
Reed
Social Media Strategist & Content Creator
Reed is outgoing, creative, and joy-seeking. He has been working with us since August of 2023 and as our content creator, he helps generate and execute content ideas. His favorite part about his job is coming up with new ideas that help enhance our brand and being able to share what Little Lights has to offer with the world!
Favorite Drink: Old Fashioned
