Our Spark Package is our "day of coordination" service which guides you through the planning process from 9-6 months before your wedding date!

This package focuses on preparing to run your wedding day by creating a detailed timeline, organizing the processional, and understanding your layout. On the day of your wedding, we direct vendors and guests, assist with decor and layout, and point of contact for any questions. It helps to create a stress-free day knowing someone has your back and is taking care of all the stuff behind the scenes so you can fully enjoy the day! 

All The Details

Rehearsal & Wedding Day

Organization:

• Personalized Planning Packet & Mood Board Design

• Meeting 1: Between 9 - 6 months before the wedding day, create a detailed timeline, organize processional, and discuss layout logistics.

• Meeting 2: Review the wedding day timeline and finalize layout + decor.

• Email assistance leading up to the wedding day and final timeline & layout forwarded to vendors.

• Onsite rehearsal coordination

Day-Of Assistance:

• 15 hours wedding day

• Day-of vendor management

• Timeline execution

• Guiding bridal party and family members to places at specific times

• Ceremony & reception hall setup of stationery, guest book, and table décor as pre-planned

• Distribution of wedding day bouquets + boutonnieres

• Assist at ceremony march + reception line-up

• Photographer + videographer assistance

• DJ assistance for important reception moments

• Gathering up décor at the end of the night and taking to a pre-assigned place
