Install new tap handle by:
1. Rotating old tap handle counter clockwise to unscrew until it is disconnected
2. Return tap handle to box in storage above the alcohol back-stock shelves
3. Grab new tap handle (that matches beverage being served)
4. Tighten onto tap by rotating clockwise until it is tight
5. If we do not have the correct tap handle, choose a generic handle or another handle from same producer, and label with either included sticker from new keg. Or with tape and marker

Anything else someone should know about this task?
Kegs are heavy, use the dolly when necessary.
Newly tapped kegs may be "foamy" immediately after tapping, due to travel and or temperature changes. If possible install new kegs early in the day or week to ensure a quality product is served.
