During the Ceremony or Cocktail Hour, return to the Suites to clean up any immediate messes or garbage.

Step-By-Step
1. During the Ceremony or during Cocktail Hour, go to the Suites with a bus tub (found under dishwasher counter), garbage bags (found in plastic drawers in Cleaning Closet Hallway), pink "Method" disinfectant spray (Cleaning Closet), and gray cleaning rag (found in plastic drawers in Cleaning Closet Hallway).
2. Pick up any trash, opened cans, etc. and throw away.
3. Wipe up any spills or messes with pink "Method" disinfectant spray and gray cleaning rag.
4. Place any mimosa flutes or bar glasses in bus tub.
5. Leave food and other guest items untouched.
6. Take out garbage and replace with a new bag if garbage is full.
7. Return garbage bags and bus tub to the kitchen.
8. Throw away garbage bags into the larger Kitchen garbage cans
9. Dump any liquid from the glasses down the sink or in the opaque pitcher on the dishwasher counter before sending glasses through the dishwasher.
10. Once empty, replace bus tub back under the dishwasher counter.
What does “done right” look like?
Garbage and open cans are thrown away.
Spills and other messes are wiped and cleaned.
Guest's food and other items are left untouched.
Bar glasses are removed and sent through the dishwasher.
