Mid Wedding: Checking Bathrooms

What is this task?

Throughout the night of the wedding, return to the bathroom to ensure that paper towels, toilet paper, and soap are stocked.

What do you need to do the task?

Step-By-Step

1. Every hour, check the main floor bathrooms for paper towels, toilet paper, and soap inventory, along with any messes.

2. If low on paper towels and/or toilet paper, walk into the storage closet, and locate required stock the inventory shelf directly to the left of the second sliding door.

3. If low on soap, go into the Cleaning Closet and obtain the soap refill on the shelf.

4. Return to the bathroom with inventory and restock what is needed.

5. Pick up paper towels, empty toilet paper cardboard tubes, and other garbage.

6. Discard into the garbage.

7. If garbages are full, take out the full bag, tie it, and replace the garbage can with a new garbage bag found on the bottom shelf of the bathroom cart, or in the plastic drawer in the Cleaning Closet Hallway.

8. Straighten floor mirrors.

9. Wipe mirrors if splattered with water.

10. Return bar glasses to the bar to be hand washed.

11. Repeat this task every hour.

What does “done right” look like?

Bathrooms are check every hour.

Items low on stock (i.e. paper towels, toilet paper, soap) are replenished.

No garbage is left on the floor.

Full garbages are taken out and garbage bags are replaced.

Look in every stall.

Check the small garbage cans in each stall.

The Men's room gets messy very quickly, so please pay extra attention there.
