Beer/Seltzer/Cans

Step-By-Step

1. Make a list of cans needed stocked and quantities

2. Enter the walk-in using code: 1997

3. Carry or use cart/dolly to bring cases of beer inside

4. Close and lock walk-in door by pressing the large button in the center of lock

5. Enter building through kitchen door and bring cans to bar

6. Open cases and stock cans

7. Depending on height of shelf and cans, 2 cans can be stacked to fit more and reduce mid-event restocking

Cans are organized by type and full to edge of shelf

Labels are facing forward

Common problems or mistakes?

Narrow cans can be finicky to get to sit well, especially near edge of shelves. Be careful not to push new stock in too hard and cause cans to tip off the side
