Liquor bottles
Step-By-Step
1. Make a list and count of necessary bottles to be stocked under liquor cabinet in bar
2. Enter storage room and grab bottles from the back-stock shelves
3. Carry bottles back to the bar and place in their respective rows for use.
4. If no other bottle of the same type and brand is open, remove cap and install pour spout with cap to avoid extra task during service
What does “done right” look like?
Liquor shelves are full and labels are faced
Each product has one bottle open with a pour spout installed

Ensure bottles are pulled forward and labels are facing forward
